My Meriva is finally (so far this year spark plugs, battery, tyres and now clutch) driving like new-ish again. I have had code 4 come up, there is water and anti freeze in the coolant tank, but the temperature gauge did not move from zero when I drove into work this morning about 30 miles. With the faulty/failing slave cylinder you won't be able to bleed the system. Always use the correct length and headed screws, and then tighten them all evenly with a torque wrench to ensure even clamping on the backplate. Fortunately, replacing the nuts is simply a case of raising the car safely, then getting under it and replacing the nuts (part number 93193825) one at a time, and ensuring that you do them up to the correct torque setting.
