I waited a long time to write the review on I Found You because I was pretty conflicted about how I should rate it. Ellie Mack was the perfect daughter with her whole life ahead of her until she disappears without a trace. Finding all of the Lisa Jewell books is not the easiest task. Some how the two stories are connected to one that takes place twenty plus years ago, when an average family takes a vacation and the daughter finds herself the recipient of an older boys intense attraction. Apparently my suspension of disbelief in fiction accepts two ex-wives in the same place on their separate murderous revenge plans, but does not accept a Californian burger in Chicago. The chapters also start ending on cliffhangers when you get toward the middle of the book, which makes it really hard to put down! On one hand, I could not put it down, and the book had a lot of twist and turns that I did not see coming (the big one I did figure out but not for a while); on the other hand, the female protagonist drove me a little nutty and was fairly unlikable, and several characters did things that no person I know would do. I love Lisa Jewell. At first, each of the three narratives seem really separate, but then they begin to overlap little by little, causing you to make theories about whats really going on and how everything is connected.
