Since it was less cake mix I decreased the oil to 2/3 cup, used diet 7-up and reduced it to 3/4 cup. This is welcome any time of year, but especially perfect for summer when it's too hot to turn on the oven.
Just substitute 2 cups Dream Whip with 2 cups fresh whipped cream.
Strawberry or Cherry gelatin, ENVELOPES Dream Whip Whipped Topping, or 2 Cups Whipping Cream (whipped).
