Has anybody had any luck with this lawsuit? I bought a 2012 Odyssey in 2012 and did not know about this problem. The shutdown cylinders were pulling oil up past the rings, then misfire on restart. A few different things could be causing your cylinder 2 to misfire. A cam lobe along with a rocker arm had pitting. This car is already out of the warranty so I guess they must have an internal recall on this. Ingenuity is key here. They tell me it will cost $14000 dollars to fix but they will contact Honda and try and get me a break on the price because they didnt notice the problem when it first happened. I got it back last week and its already fouling out again. If youre like most motorists, the last thing you want to see is a check engine light. We have had trouble with that car from day of purchase. This is unacceptable, if Honda manuafacturing do not deal with this problem, i will not buy any Honda again.

Had cylinder 1 misfire 6/15 and repaired, had the same issue 11/16 also repaired, now having the same issue AGAIN 5/17 six months later. I think they just reset code. Old air filter had black oil all over it, first time ever in 50 yrs of Hondas! The resting voltage might be fine, but it might not be able to hold that voltage under load.
I have a 2012 Honda Crosstour and each time I have had it to the shop for a oil change I told the service manager that after I have come to a complete stop then go thru a intersection I have a hesitation was told by the service manager that it was due from slowing down then speeding up??? Did anyone get help from this issue? Over the last 2 years I had 2 misfires and had to change the spark plugs. Ive already spent well over the cost of the car & become in debt due to continuing problems!! Everything I read says that misfires cause the temperature to rise in the converters and eventually possibility is that it burns them up. What they ought to be getting is a new class action law suit to show they are still doing business as usual deceiving the public and making a boatload of money in the process! Imagine how long it would take you to get your car fixed if all of your rides are at home or work!
